Wonderful service, wonderful staff... I couldn't have asked for more!
100% recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned for very reasonable prices (they use safe cleaning products too!).
I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Eco-friendly, customer-friendly, punctual and great results.

Came to do my couch and agreed on-the-spot to do a carpet as well  -- gave me a real bargain on it too. Highly recommend these guys!

I got Royas Carpet Cleaning number from a friend that highly recomended the company. I'm very pleased with results. They used green doctor recommended products to clean my carpet and upholstery, my carpets look new again!

I have had carpets for 10 years, and have gone with a few carpet cleaners in the past.  I tried Royas for the first time this week and i have to say, they got out stains that other companies had never been able to.  I love that their products aren't toxic to my family; professional and friendly guys.  I'll be going with them from now on.

REALLY FANTASTIC!!! Sorry, I had to use caps to emphasize my point. The guys from Royas Carpet were really really good. Professional, clean, hard-working and just genuinely nice. I would definitely use them again (and will). I will also happily recommend them to my friends.

If you are looking for a really good job then stop reading and go pick up the phone, your search is over. Honestly!!!!

We have twenty year old carpets (rental) which have had three kids on them - including eating on them - for the past four years.   They were beautiful after Kia cleaned them.  Beautiful - I didn't even know they were that colour!

Some things that impressed us:
- gave a phone quote and came in at the quoted rate
- called to ask if he could come early and then came early
- requested permission to use non-Eco friendly products on the tough stains
- warned us that he probably wouldn't be able to get several of the bad stains out
- got them out (except one six year old coffee stain that had been under our brown sectional that we didn't know about until we moved)
- was the nicest guy you'd ever want to do business with

I will never use another carpet cleaner in Vancouver again.

I have used Royas on two residential properties.  I am very impressed by both the quality of the cleaning and their professionalism.  I dealt with the owner on the phone, and he was also present at both locations when the carpets were cleaned.  They took great care in the work they did.  For example, I had a higher traffic hallway area (i also have a dog) and they managed to make my carpet look new again.  They were friendly, careful, tidy and professional throughout.  I highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future.

My landlord was trying to charge me 400 saying the carpets would have to be redone. Royas came and cleaned them and my landlord couldn't say anything, thanks Royas!

Excellent. read reviews on this site & chose them accordingly.  They got dog stains out that i thought were here to stay (following failure of Safeway machine & another carpet company 6 months ago). When some stains came back, they volunteered to come back right away to fix them. I'm no carpet cleaning expert, but these guys were good! cheers.

Sometimes a company is best judged by how they deal with the outcome when things go wrong.

We received a sudden snow/cold spell, and some of their equipment malfunctioned the night before they were supposed to clean my carpets.
I was working that night so did not answer my phone when they tried to call. Because he couldn't get through, he actually came to the house and left a detailed note explaining the unfortunate circumstance, and then offered me a discount on my current order for carpet cleaning, and an additional bonus for the inconvenience to me.

So when the time came, they went above and beyond.  He ended up deep cleaning in areas that we had not discussed yet, was able to remove some old stains and the carpets turned out exceptional.

So if you are looking for a company that demonstrates integrity, honesty and takes pride in the quality of work they do, then Roya's is the company for you.

I was quite annoyed that I had to get my place professionally cleaned before I vacated my apartment so I started calling around to places around town kind of last minute hoping I'd find someone to do my carpets within a few days while not having to spend an arm and a leg.

A couple of reasons why I ended up choosing Royas was because they were eco-friendly and affordable.

Kianosh was super friendly on the phone and when they got here their customer service was awesome. He was just as friendly on the phone as he was in person. I was told the hallways would need to be deep cleaned, high traffic area, for an extra charge so I said sure, it'd be nice to get my deposit for my apartment back so go ahead. A few minutes later, he came back and said, don't worry about the extra charges. In the end they gave me their upcoming Living Social (or was it Social Shopper) discount.

My carpets looks new for being probably over 10 years old and they got that nasty cat smell out of the storage closet that was there when I moved in.

Thanks for the great service! I'll be sure to recommend you to my neighbours and any of my friends in need of carpet cleaning.

I just had my two bedroom apartment cleaned by Royas Carpet Cleaning and it was a fantastic experience!!  I called to book this appointment a few weeks ago, and Kia was very friendly and specific in his quote over the phone and he got back to me right away, within a few hours.  When they arrived (on time) I missed their call because the ringer on my phone turned off!!  Thank goodness I noticed within 10 minutes of them packing up and leaving and reached Kia on his cell - and they graciously came back to keep my appointment!

The two of them were very organized, and I had spoken with them about the apartment being a rental and some areas were buckling so I wasn't sure if it could withstand the deep cleaning, but Kia brought is carpet stretcher and did a great job kicking the areas in again before cleaning them.  They got out all the stains and put in some enzymes in the pre-cleaning that got out all the years of dust and blech!  The water was black when it was being emptied!  They both wore the shoe coverings and offered me a pair as well.

I will recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned - very affordable and fair, kept to their quote and didn't overcharge, didn't charge extra for moving furniture or anything they didn't agree with me ahead of time.  I moved all the chairs and small stuff I could ahead of their arrival so it was easier for them, but I do have a piano, couch, kitchen table and two beds and bookshelf that they were happy to shift around to ensure all areas were taken care of.

Even with the deep cleaning and soaking of the carpets, with the windows open and heat turned up they were mostly dry by dinner and fully dry by the next morning.

Thanks Kia!  See you again when I book you as a present for my Mum's house!
