By far the worst service I've ever gotten!!! I don't recommend him to anyone. He is unprofessional and inexperienced. He seamed nice on the phone and all the way through until he got paid. If you feel like creating unnecessary headaches for yourself give him a call he'll do wanders for ya!
Here is my storey:
The next day, when the carpets had dried, I noticed most of the stains still present. These were the same stains that he assured me would be gone after he's done with them. When I called him and left a message on his voice mail about the issue, he didn't return my call. I waited and called again. Yet still there was no response. I ended up getting a friend to call and pretend that they want their carpet done. That's when he called back. When I informed him of the situation, he came up with all kinds of excuses to avoid resolving the issue. He claimed that he GUARANTEES his work yet he wanted me to hire someone else to clean my carpet and he would return my money. I don't see the logic behind that???!!! http://dictionary.refe...
When I realized that my money is his to keep and he won't do anything to resolve my issue, I informed him that I will contact BBB, he told me he doesn't care and he hang up the phone on me.
I was planning on getting him to do my condo as well, but now I GUARANTEE that my condo will be done by someone else.
