and an area rug. The employees were polite and professional. They were a few minutes late, but did call and let me know, which I appreciated. The pricing was very competitive, and I must stress that they did get the rugs clean. They lost points for two things: 1) The stated time for drying post-clean was four to six hours; at 14 hours, the carpet is still soaking wet, even with fan/open window/nicer day in summer. ?Didn't suck enough water out? There had been an issue with the tool used. The second thing I wasn't crazy about was the machine left a suddzy trail down my laminate hall that dried obviously dirty -- I had to mop up after they came. Prolly would use the company again, but would ask them to mop/clean after their machine.
