Kia, the owner, provides great customer service. He is very responsible in taking care of all the corners and trustworthy in confirming the appointment time. He is also willing to provide extra care to stains and followed up for my apartment to make sure the stain didn't come back.
I recommend his company because of his attitude, customer service and reasonable price. I also appreicate that he uses green products and there isn't any harsh chemical smell.
