had the pleasure of using -- and I have two cats who like to barf regularly on my near-white carpets! The owner himself both answered the phone and came on the job itself. I opted for a full deep cleaning, including upholstery. They were here a while because I could tell they were taking extra care with things. The carpet came out -- and I am not exaggerating here -- looking brand new. Remember, this was a carpet with high traffic and old cat stains everywhere. And when one small spot was missed, they came back quickly and fixed it without charge. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.
