Like other posters I found Royas through Yelp and was pleasantly surprised to find out that all the great ratings are totally true. I usually use another company that is way more expensive so I was trying to find a cheaper alternative, but it's always hard to pick a new company without knowing about quality and service.
Customer service was really great, Kia was able to book an appointment on the date I wanted, he called the day prior to confirm his arrival time and was on-time the day of service. They cleaned the carpets in under 45 minutes and even managed to get some stains out that the more expensive guys claimed they could not. He also used a green product that did not have a harsh smell and was safe for my cat. The cost was also exactly as quoted on the phone and he Kia did not attempt to up sell me on a bunch of products I don't need, thanks for being so professional!
Overall I was totally satisfied with the service, I will use them next year when I need to get my carpets cleaned and I have recommended them to my friends. My only minor issue was the drying time: he said that my carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours, in reality they were still damp in some places after 12, but this is not a huge deal - I will just plan ahead for this next year.
