I chose to book Roya's because they were eco-friendly in their use of products, and my cat enjoys eating, drinking, and chewing on just about anything she can - including our carpet.
There was a mis-understanding at one point. My appointment was for a friday, and Roya's called me thursday to confirm. I had a busy day and failed to call back. When they didn't hear from me by Friday, they cancelled the appointment as per their policy. I'd somehow not caught that detail in the booking process.
Roya's was very concerned when I was upset that I had lost my appointment and explained their policy to me. I was very choked on the phone because I had an open house the next day. The staff on the phone was very patient, understanding, and professional through the whole conversation. They seemed to be very concerned that I had not understood the confirmation/cancellation policy and did their best to console me - including calling a different company and offering to pay the difference. (the company, however, was also booked full).
We re-booked for a week later. They arrived promptly, were very polite, and did an excellent job. My white carpets were in terrible shape and now they look spectacular. They also took care of some deep stains for a very reasonable price, and moved light furniture around for me free of charge.
As they are a busy company, make sure you reconfirm 24 hours beforehand. My two rooms took 45 minutes.
